How does the free trial work?
There's no time-limited trial. Instead, your first 3 documents are completely free: every page, every export, full quality, no watermark. You can try the whole app for real before buying anything. The 4th new document is when the one-time purchase unlocks the rest.
What happens to my documents once the 3 free ones are used?
Nothing locks. Every document you've already made keeps opening, editing, signing and exporting, forever, whether or not you've unlocked the app. The purchase only unlocks scanning or importing new documents.
Is this a subscription?
No. It's a single one-time purchase: pay once, and it's yours for life, including every future update. There's nothing to cancel and nothing that charges you again.
How do I restore my purchase on a new phone or after reinstalling?
Open Docsnug, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchase. If you're signed into the same Apple ID you bought it with, it unlocks immediately at no extra charge. Restore Purchase is also available directly on the unlock screen.
I bought it once. Do I need to pay again for updates?
No. Every future update to Docsnug is free for anyone who's already unlocked it. That's part of the one-time purchase.
Does Docsnug upload my documents anywhere?
No. Docsnug has no cloud of its own and no server. Your documents stay on your device until you choose to share or save them yourself. See the privacy policy for the full details.
Can I use Docsnug on my iPad too?
Yes. Docsnug is a universal app that runs on both iPhone and iPad, and one purchase covers both. Family Sharing is on, so it can be shared with your family group.
My file is still too big for where I'm sending it. What do I do?
On the Send screen, try a smaller preset (Upload instead of Print, for example) or type your own size limit. If even the smallest readable version is still too big, Docsnug offers to split it into the fewest files that each fit, with pages kept in order.
